GENERAL CONDITIONS IN FAMILY CERAMIC

-To be able to take any course or class on Terra. i Pell, it is preferable to reserve your place by paying in full, one week in advance. It can be paid online, by bank transfer, Bizum or in person at the store at Carrer Banys Vells 17 (check opening hours).

-In Family Ceramics classes there must be a demonstrable family bond: father and children, grandparents, siblings, cousins, etc. A couple without children, friends, etc. will not be counted as family.

-All courses and classes purchased at Terra i Pell are for personal and non-transferable use.

From the day you have done your workshop at Terra i Pell, you have two weeks to come pick up your piece during the opening hours of our store (can be checked on Google)
IMPORTANT: after a month since you have made your workshop, if no one has come to collect your pieces, they are recycled.

If you want to reserve the painting class, you must make the reservation and send us proof of the reservation within a month. This way we can save your piece until the day you decide to come and paint it. Reservations for the painting class are made at this link:

You will have a period of 3 months to come take the painting class and finish your pieces with enamel.

-The glazing and color on the created pieces will only be done, taking an extra class, or else there will be the option to pay the amount corresponding to the glazing, and Terra i Pell will take care of it.

-Cancellation: If you cannot come to the course, Terra i Pell does not return the money for the course payment. If the cancellation is made at least 15 days before the course takes place, Terra i Pell offers the possibility of changing the day of the course or purchasing another course.

-It is mandatory to notify at least 24 hours in advance of the student’s absence. If you do not notify, the class will be lost and cannot be recovered.

-If the school cancels the course for its own reasons, all the money already paid by the student is returned.

-The finished student pieces, whether they follow the continuous course or abandon classes, may remain in the workshop for a maximum of one month. After this period of time, if the student has not collected them, we will have to recycle them.

We are not responsible for the belongings of the students on the workshop premises.

-By purchasing a Terra i Pell course, the client accepts all the cancellation policies, the general conditions, the specified data privacy policies and authorizes the use of his or her image and that of the participants in said course, by the company.
