SUITABLE FOR ANY LEVEL.
We will make one bag per person in leather, inspired both by the latest trends and by the elaboration of other models of bags that have already been made previously in the history of clothing and fashion. We will select the style that best suits each person. We will design its shape and compartments, we will learn to place the corresponding hardware, zippers and buttons, adjustable straps for size and subsequent decorative and ornamental accessories.
All the pieces made by the students can be taken home later.
Learning is progressive in all Terra i Pell courses.
Program
*Introduction.
*Materials selection. Vegetable tanning or chrome tanning.
* Design and pattern of our object to be elaborated.
* Use of the appropriate tools for cutting and making leather.
* Application of zippers and complex hardware.
* Sewn leather and finished with hardware and trimmings.
* Combination of other materials, eco-leather, fabrics, canvases.
* Beautification of the finished product. Decoration and embellishing ornaments.
You don’t need any prior knowledge.
Schedule:
Saturdays 12 a.m. to 4 p.m. Possibility during the week.
Three sessions of 4 hour each session. Total 12 hours.

This course is exclusively created for the realization of both Tote Bag, crossbody or small handbags. We will learn, from the hand of Victor Resa, techniques applied to the group to be able to develop in the class period a finished leather bag ready to be used. We will develop our skills to design and create a beautiful bag according to our style, using all the necessary techniques used in handmade leather goods.
