Jewelry initiation. Create rings level 1

This is a practical class in which we will learn, without previous experience, to make a basic ring. Either wide or fine flat.

There will be the possibility of adding textures and engravings, letters, numbers or inscriptions.

You will learn to take measurements and use the tools correctly.

Spend two hours with us and show us the artist you have inside!

The basic material to work with will be brass. There will be the possibility of making the ring in silver, gold, etc.

Finally we will make a polished mirror-like finish or something rustic using oxides and patinas. What is your style?

At the end of the class we will have one ring per participant.

PROGRAM

*Safety and hygiene.

* Design and patterns.

*Use of tools, marking and cutting.

*Welding techniques.

*Metal engraving by rolling and stamping. (Optional).

*Uses of patinas and oxides. Change the color of the metal. (Optional).

*Polishing and polishing techniques.
