GENERAL CONDITIONS other courses

– To participate in any course or class at Terra i Pell, it is preferable to reserve your place by paying in full one week in advance. Payment can be made online, by bank transfer, Bizum, or in person at the shop located at Carrer Banys Vells 17 (please check opening hours).

– All courses and classes purchased at Terra i Pell are for personal use only and are non-transferable.

– Glazing and coloring of the created pieces will be done in an additional class, or Terra i Pell will cover the cost for an additional €35.

From the day you complete your workshop at Terra i Pell, you have two weeks to pick up your piece during our shop’s opening hours (you can check them on Google).
IMPORTANT: If no one has picked up your pieces within one month of your workshop, they will be recycled.

If you wish to book a painting class, you must make the reservation and send us proof of booking within one month. This allows us to hold your piece until you decide to come and paint it. You can book the painting class at this link:

You will have 3 months to come and take the painting class and finish your pieces with glaze.

-Cancellation: If you are unable to attend the course, Terra i Pell does not refund the course fee. If you cancel at least 15 days before the course, Terra i Pell offers the option to reschedule the course or enroll in another course.

-It is mandatory to notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your absence. Failure to do so will result in the class being forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

-If the school cancels the course for its own reasons, the full amount paid by the student will be refunded.

-Completed student pieces, whether the student continues the course or drops out, may be kept in the workshop for a maximum of one month. After this period, if the student has not collected them, we will have to recycle them.

*Terra i Pell is not responsible for breakage, loss of pieces, or imperfections, nor for pieces sent by mail.

We are not responsible for students’ belongings on the workshop premises.

-By purchasing a Terra i Pell course, the client accepts all cancellation policies, general terms and conditions, and specified data privacy policies, and authorizes the company to use their image and the images of the participants in said course.
