GENERAL CONDITIONS WHEEL
-To be able to take any course or class in Terra. i Pell, it is preferable to make the reservation by paying in full, one week in advance. It can be paid online, by bank transfer, Bizum or in person at the store at Carrer Banys Vells 17 (check opening hours).
-The period of the voucher is monthly, from the day the student begins. Once this period has passed, the student will have to pay a new voucher.
-For the course to take place there must be a minimum of four people signed up. In case there are no proposals, there will be an option to take the course in the next edition.
-In Terra i Pell you can recover a class within the monthly voucher, if you cannot come one day, we will change the schedule (only once a month) for another schedule that you can attend and there are free places, within the current month.
-All courses and classes purchased at Terra i Pell are for personal and non-transferable use.
-The glaze of the pieces will be done from the third month at school. If you want to do it before, the student must take an extra color class for € 50.
-Cancellation: If they cannot come to the course, Terra i Pell does not return the money for the course payment. If the cancellation is made at least 15 days before the course, Terra i Pell offers the possibility of changing the day of the course or purchasing another similar course or products in our store.
-It is mandatory to notify a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the student’s absence from one of the monthly classes. In case of not giving notice, the class will be lost and it will not be possible to recover.
-If the school cancels the course for its own reasons, all the money already paid by the student is returned.
-The finished pieces of the students, whether they follow the continuous course or if they drop out, may stay in the workshop for a maximum of one month. After this period of time, if the student has not collected them, we will have to recycle them.
* Terra i Pell is not responsible for breakages, loss of parts or imperfections of the same, nor of the parts sent by mail.
We are not responsible for the belongings of the students on the workshop premises.
General conditions applied in the elaboration of ceramic pieces in Terra i Pell:
Every 4 classes, students will be able to make a maximum of 4 pieces per month.
In case you want to make more pieces, there is a range of prices pre-established by Terra i Pell.
-pieces up to 10cm high and 12cm wide. €10 per piece.
-pieces up to 20cm high and 15cm wide. €20 per piece
-pieces up to 30cm high and 20cm wide. €30 per piece
Glazed included.
-By purchasing a Terra i Pell course, you accept all the cancellation policies, the general conditions, the data privacy policies specified, and you authorize the use of the image of the participants in said course, by the company.
