ACID ETCHING.

In this course we will learn to engrave brass, copper, nickel silver and bronze objects. It is suitable for those people who, having made jewelry or not, have a special interest in learning about these different techniques.

We will learn to engrave any design on any base, whether it is flat or in volume.

Saturday and Sunday. Hours from 12 a.m. to 4 p.m.

PROGRAM

– Safety and Hygiene.
– What tools are used and how to use them correctly.
– Learn to make transfers of designs by computer, take them out of books, etc. and take them to metal.
– Correct use and curing of reserves.
– Realization of different layers and thicknesses for the engraving. Embossed effect.
– Polished and different finishes.

This course includes:

Basic materials, tools.
No previous experience necessary
Bring latex gloves, goggles and mask. Bring a notebook and pen to write down.
